Unless you plan to be doing some serious cleaning of fish then this might be a bit of an overkill. I use the smallest size Swiss army knife (on a zinger. Sissors to cut tippet, tweezers to pull out any splinters, toothpick for windknots and a very short(about 2 cm) blade to gut any fish if needed.

Take care

Terry

If you plan to go John Rambo on all the sheep then its the knife for you. Same as Terry for me the small Swiss army knife kept in my top pocket.

The new Swiss Army army knife or its derivatives with the one hand action and locking blade are great, the Dual Pro especially if when you ropes get tangled whilst abseiling off a cliff face to fish that hard to get at pool - you can gut the fish and the cut the ropes and never drop your rod.

I use a leatherman Wave, the pliers come in handy for nipping down the barbs when fishing catch and release.
