Well done to Cranefly and Lighthouse for their appearance on Countryfile on Sunday. I listened very hard but did not hear that Gordon Brown moment.

Yes saw this myself - well done Rob.

You have to admire the passion and dedication these Monnow nutters have for their river.

I read about the Monnow a fair bit - it's always really positive, nice little report of the sort of work that anglers get involved in as well which is good to see. Really well done to all involved.

It looked an absolutely beautiful, well-cared for place on the planet. Disappointed they didn't give it longer coverage - much more interesting than all the reportage on industrial farming US style.

Echo the sentiments - well done to all involved.

Saw it on country-file last Sunday; and I must say, I agree with TONIO!
The programme didn't show enough of the Monnow, but good to see some anglers on the TV working for the future of their local environment.

I also saw it; and thought Rob, acquitted himself perfectly, although the interview was extremely short. Well done!
