hey all, got one off the above recently, im having trouble get the spool off the reel it seems really tight, anyone had this problem before or know how to eleviate it,

ive had this problem too when they first came out,
i returned it to the shop straight away and got a different reel instead as there was quite a few on here with the same problem
i thought they have fixed the problem unless its from the first batch made
just bring it back to the shop i say

Ive got 2 of these and it sounds like you have put thecassette on the wrong way. There are 2 small lugs on the spool which slot in to 2 recesses on the plastic cassette. It will only go on 1 way and if its the wrong way it will stick on almost solid. Prize the plastic cassette off with force and if you snap it I have plenty I can send you FOC. If this is not the problem let me know what the exact problem is and I will see what I can do. Oh and if its not got the silver retaining ring which keeps the cassette from slipping PM me your address and I will mail you one.
