Default Hardy Perfection

I was in my local tackle shop having a cup of coffee and a natter, as usual, a guy came in with a cane rod, I knew what it was as soon as he pulled it out of it's sock, I have the very same model , Hardy Perfection, same mint condition as mine, he was after selling it, I nearly cracked out laughing when he named his price, I managed to control myself, 1500 quid, that is crazy, I had mine valued about a year ago, I was told that in the auctions they were fetching high 150 quid, low 100 quid, needless to say he still has his rod, I wouldn't part with mine anyway.......

Not worth selling it, I have one too, I had it for my 21st and love to take it out when long casting is not called for. There's nothing like cane with a fish on.

I had been spared to see another spring, and I thank God for it.”
