Default Fry-feeders.

I took a sizeable rainbow from No.3 tank at Barrow today, on a klink, which was stuffed full of 10mm Sticklebacks. It dawned on me that all the fry patterns I have are far too big.

Any suggestions out there for a pattern or method that works on the small-fry-feeders?

Hi 'Heron'. As mentioned, the Silver Invicta is as good at suggesting fry as it is just about everything else that lives in the water. Try also - Jersey Herd, Alexandra, and strangely enough... the Goats Toe (best not to wonder why, just try it).

Keep dragging them lumps out mate

How's yer back holding out? Well enough to go fishing eh? Good, don't and spoil it now by doing something silly like having sex.

Ptn's, crunchers........ with a hint of flash are reliable for fry feeders.

These are all good classic patters for the fry-feeders.

A silver thorax PTN works well for pin fry.
