Default Waders

I'm just returning to river fishing after 30 years of dragging bored carp from muddy holes. I'm going back to trout and grayling but am getting too old to wear shorts and trainers all year round.

I need a pair of waist or chest waders suitable for small/medium rivers. Having just retired, I'm definitely looking for value for money !

Any kind person got any suggestions?

I got a pair of dam taslan waders off amazon for 40 quid and free del, they not breathable but do the jobby, however watch out for the foot size , i ordered a size bigger them mine 10 so went for 10-11 and them germans must have big feet come with a repair kit, chest belt, not bad for a first paireven though i look like billy bunter in them Gaz

these jobbies:

That's brilliant guys. Thanks a lot - it will be good to get into a river and not freeze my unmentionables off.
Thanks for taking the time to reply.

I've been wearing Ron Thompson Nylostretch waist waders this year and have had no leaks so far, happy with my purchase at £40. Thinking of buying some neoprene waders though as they are not too warm now the water temp is dropping.

i wear breathable waders through summer and winter .. the key to keeping warm is good thermal layering under them ,
