Default Monikie and Piperdam this weekend

I am fishing both waters this weekend with Edinburgh Post Office club and would love any information and advice as regards tactics for this time of year. I have fished both waters before. I had two fantastic days at Piperdam catching loads of good fish on buzzers, but on Monikie i had a miserable time catching one small fish on a blob of all things but i had loads of small plucks while my boat partner caught loads which were all deep hooked.
P.S. Tactical advice does not include a larger net, dynamite or a visit to a fishmonger. Some of the club members are also members on the forum. Bob

Bob, can't help you with tactics and the only advice i can give you is bring plenty of money to keep me supplied in drink and also bring earplugs for poor Bruce who has to share a room with you.
