I like that fly but I don't understand your last line "I will have four of these on my cast this year NOT...... "

I am not well known for my wet fly fishing, or any fishing come to that I doubt I would fish this fly but you never know.

It looks a very "fishy" fly. I'm going to try tying some similar this week. it doesn't matter what kind of fishing you're well known for..... if a fly's working, you're gonna have it on your cast!!!! I wonder if it would be possible to tie a version with small booby eyes, just for a bit of a mad variation, might give them a go on Carron in a couple of weeks.
