Default Daddy ~ Step by Step
Here's some photographic step by step instructions for tying a Daddy (Crane Fly). This is my favourite daddy pattern.

Hook - B440 Up eye Size 10,12
Thread - Black or Brown
Body - Pheasant Tail Fibres
Thorax - Red Game Cock Hackle
Legs - Double Knotted Pheasant Tail Fibres (6 to the rear, 2 front facing)
Wings - 4 x Cree Hackles (Same width and length)
