Thanks ibrown, you could fish it in rivers as for standard wets and also stillwaters, I know in some of the loughs in Ireland its been used as a good imitator of shrimp. Its a good allrounder really which has always been productive for me although I'm mainly a river fisherman.

A little more about the life cycle of the natural insect here and some fishing techniques

Your'e welcome, yes quite a good site is that, I like the way they've put on the homepage that the shop is closed for the annual staff fishing trip...pure class is that.

Great shop, I would love to work for a boss like that lol..
If the shops in the UK were half as good as the ones in the US they would still be open instead of empty high streets. Everything I have bought from the US has been good quality, they bend over backwards to help you and they are knowledgeable about the products they sell. In the UK you are lucky if they lift their heads up from their phone. We had 3 tackle shops here now we have one, Orvis.

Thats my rant for the day. lol... Can you tell me if you know a SBS for a March Brown Nymph. I was going to tie a Baetis nymph but was wondering if there was an SBS for MB nymph.

Cheers
Ian

I don't think there is on here ibrown but you might get one elsewhere on the net. Should be pretty straight forward I'd just tie tail, body and hackle as for the wetfly above and a thorax of hare with a thorax cover of PT maybe or you could use a tungsten bead at the head if you wanted more weight and a better attractor.
