tie on thread

tie on 2/3 cdc feathers and wrap thread on both side repeatably until in up rite position.

tie on four strands of pheasant tail for tail

dub on olive green colour dubbing up to the cdc

tie on hares ear for thorax and then whip finish to finish the fly

How does it look as its only a few times i have tied this fly?

I like it. Nice and simple to tie but a very realistic shape. I'll have to try a couple tonight.

Nice fly, I usually tie the JT Olive which has become my number one dun pattern when the olives are hatching, so simple to tie & so effective.
