Default daddy long legs

Step by step .

(1) Wind on the tying silk
(2) Tie in a length of spanflex for the body.
(3) Apply some vanish to the tying silk on the hook shank
(4 ) Wind the spanflex up the hook shank in touching turns stopping about a third of the way .
(5) Tie in a bunch of knotted legs and divide them .
(6) Select two nice well marked Cree hackle tips for the wings.
(7) Tie in the hackle tips and divide them by going between them with the tying thread.
(8) Tie in a good quality Cree cock hackle.
(9) Wind the hackle about four or five turns tie in and Whip finish and varnish the head .

That's a cracking tie.
Only thing I would change is to have all the legs trailing.

Good work there.
I have often found that a selectively feeding trout can be thrown off balance by dropping a daddy right on its nose.
