Default 2 Tone UV Brassie

Hook - 12 to 18
Body - Black and Lime Green Wire
Thorax - Black UV straggle fritz
Thread - 70 denier black

Tie in both strands of wire and run both down the shank. Put superglue on the shank.

Wind both stands of wire up the hook at the same time, making sure the superglue is still wet. Once secured cover in superglue again.

Tie in the staggle fritz once the body has dried.

Wind the fritz on, secure, whip finish and superglue then varnish the head

Nice little buzzer, Smudge. I use something similar with just olive wire but the contrast on yours is a good attractor.

thanks mate the fly works a treat i went out for an hour there and caught a hole load of parr. I done the same but i put the black mini UV straggle fritz on a black gold head pheasant tail and i have caught a load of parr, 3 brownies between three quarters of a pound and a pound, i also caught a grayling on it.the thorax was quite big on it . the body and the thorax were both the same size .They both were half and half on the hook shank
