Smile A french B.W.O.

Wring a dry hook n°16 or 18


Click the image to open in full size.
Fix some feather fibers for tail and a herl for the body


Click the image to open in full size.
Make the body with the thread

And turn the herl for abdomen

Choose two feathers like on the picture


Click the image to open in full size.
And fix them at the end of the body


Click the image to open in full size.
Turn first the big one to make wings and cut fibers under the hook

Turn just one time the second feather to make legs and game over !


Try to tie that easy fly and enjoy !

Yes it's necessary for a best fly position on the water. Try and you wil adopt it !

There is no engraving on the head vise. It's a special work by specials guys ! The model is Danica vise but head is in Damas steel, you can visit the website, you will see some very nice hunting knives for example.
