Not sure if there is some problemm when I try to send a P.M. , as both my son and I have sent you a P.M. to try and buy a set of these scissors , for his fly tying , but none of us has ever had a reply

Not really, I use them to trim hackles on my dries, to suit conditions. Also they stay shut, unlike my present pair.
