Does anyone know of any fly tying instructers / classes in the North West (nr St Helens) ?

You could do a lot worse than checking here. If that's not your cup of tea then there's quite a few forum members in the NW, you could always myther them for a few tips.

Thanks, I have emailed the address for the North West branch but it looks like the site is being overhauled so hopefully someone will get back to me.

Yes ste, the site is in the process of being replaced.

Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at Timperley Sports Club near Altrincham. The next one is on21/09/10, when Pat Stevens of Flytek will be demonstrating, Flytek materials will also be available to purchase.

We also have fly tying evenings, where some highly skilled members are keen to share their knowledge.
