Default TK's Black Ghost

Does anyone know the dressing for this sea trout fly? It is from a T+S June 2009 a feature on John Graham and the Towy.

I can make most of the dressing out but i'm unsure if it has a palmered hackle or just rough seals fur :-/

It's really hard to tell, but it doesn't look palmered to me.

I thought maybe Black Arctic Fox, but again I might be wrong.

A post on Sea Trout Fishing Forums - Home might get you an accurate response as some of the members are local to the Tywi.
