Default Cheaper capes

Hi, Can anyone recommend a retailer selling capes with longer feather fibres? The fibres are used on Diawl Bach for the flase hackle and tail and Flash Stragglers on the tail. The fibres would need to be around an inch or an inch and a half long.

Any info would be great.

Best Regards
