Default Hayabusa 371

are the hayabusa 371 any good for emergers?
they look a bit on the heavy side, anybody use them or used them?
im not keen on straight eye either.. have you noticed more hook pulls or missed strikes.

Most of that is you doing.. 4:30am. Thats when normal folk sleep.. or when I wake up.

Hello emerger1981, I've just opened a pack of hayabusa size 10s for the first time, I'm tying buzzers and cdcs also half hogs on them, I used to tie on black straight hooks years ago which were sproats, I used to tie silver wet flies on them, so we''ll both be in the same boat regarding the hayabusa.

if there 371's they will be fine for buzzers and the likes..
but are they too heavy for emergers in the 12-16 range, they look pretty thick wired..
