Hello can any tell were to get a cd for beginners on fly tying,or what its called

I would suggest that you go to youtube, there you will find lots of tying instructions and videos from Davy McPhail and many others as well. Learn from these guys and you will be well on the way to dressing great flies, look for the easier patterns first.

Yeppers, Mr. McPhail has well over a 100 great quality videos for FREE! Google can find tons of other free sources.

You don't need a CD or DVD. Davie McPhail on Youtube is all you need. Glasgow Angling Centre sells a DVD of his work, but Davie says "save your money and just watch the videos" You will learn lots from him, i promise! Clear, very informative and consise, the best fly tying vids you can find anywhere!

If you have the software, i use Mozzila Firefox browser with the DownLoader helper add on, you can save to your pc and make your own DVD for personal use.

If your set on spending money, I sure did enjoy the Oliver Edwards videos. I even want to get a little green car like he has as well... That's what I really need, a car that drives on the wrong side of the road.

Mark Robert's video's on Gwent Angling Society are superb & cover all levels of ability.
