Default Any good wet fly patterns?

I'm totally p++++d off had arranged to go fishing next week 4 times after a serious lack of fishing due to July holidays and parents dragging me round half the flipping countryside and just when I thought I had the perfect week planned on Friday morning have killer sore throat, pain in my ears and fever, mum rings th doctors and I go up to them and doc says I have tonsilitis so thats my plans scuppered.

Back to the point now what any good wet fly patterns I could tie to keep me occupied and hope fully fill up some empty spaces in my fly boxes.

Thanks
AL

Have a look on the Classics Sticky at the top of the fly tying section.

Have a look at T. C. Kingsmill Moores bumbles ( A Man May Fish). They will also keep you busy.

This took a lot of fish when I was using it earlier in the season .

Tail : GP Tippet Red
Butt : Red Holographic
Hackles and Dubbing: Natural Black Hen and Black Seal Fur mixed with Gold Holographic dubbing tied in sections , 2 turns hackle , sweep back then some dubbing and repeat from **** to head , the last section is where the Blood Red Seal Fur and Gold Holographic goes .
Head hackle : Grizzle Hen

Get in there with the velcro !!
