Foam Melvin Daddy

Hi All,

Seeing there are so many daddies about, here's one that has been working well for me on the local fisheries.A foam variation on the melvin daddy.

nice one sam where did you get the foam you have used for the tail/body ?

Hi Harry,

I got it in a craft shop in Junction 1, it's brown thin foam sheet cut into strips and the end burnt with a lighter to shape.

I'd like to tie a few of these

How do you tie in the wing tips??.
Do you tie in the wings first then a few turns of hackle before and a few after??
