Default Comparadun, idiots guide.

Can anyone please show me the idiots guide to tying a comparadun.
I am not a good tyer, I can do paras and most dry flies in my own fashion, and they catch fish.
They aren't pretty but they work, but I have one hell of a job with deerhair, and comparaduns in particular, a fly I use a lot on the Eden.
Any help from you experts is much appreciated.
Thanks Steven.

Steve Kale posted a sbs on the thread if deer hair is your thing.

A size 18 or 20 has been working wonders recently.

Mark, as much as I like CDC, it's a pain in the @rse, constant drying and frogs fanny.
Deerhair will float all day, no problem, It's just getting the flare right on it, I find it a nightmare.

Thanks Andy, I haven't, cos I am in a lazy mood.
I was hoping Han's or Dave Wiltshire would pop round and give me a few lessons.

Both great SBS's those lads, many thanks.
I think that David Mcphail could go on to become a decent tyer.
I prefer to have more of a fan effect with the deerhair, and pointed back over the hook eye, it's a very good all rounder IMO.
Thanks again, Steven.
