Smile Arctic Wolf invades N.Ireland!

great looking flies m8, and I hate to disagree with anyone however...the 'colour hooks' you used are killers over here. It appears that just like a hot orange spot [used as an attractor], the red hooks do the same job.......

..now, you have to post the pics of the fish you get m8...well done..Geordie...Daniel

When I used to fish still water I used to love those hooks with no dressing on them fished as buzzers. It felt a bit of a cheat, but the rainbows still fell for them!

Do you think an iron blue would be good tied on this hook Pom??....it has a red butt and red head.

The jenny spinner ( male) iron blue has the red orange/orange eyes and the orange/brown bum so for that yeah..... but they dance away from the water and a rarely seen on the water.
But I really like the skinniest possible spinners and maybe it would be great for Sherry spinners, and the little claret spinner( iron blue spinner). The sherry spinner is usually hooked or twisted in shape anyway when its on the water.

Cheers Pom that sounds better than you using red hooks as buzzers.....anyhow i only used the red hook as i was sent them and they are light iron and suit surface work....gets me thinking how many people actually tye a good pattern in pale and dark colours to suit conditions,...you know what they say on dark and dull days, bright and sunny days high and low water,..sometimes all you need is change of colour of same pattern for success.
