Thumbs up Killer Hopper

Hi Guys

Heard hopper had been doing well lately so decided to tie up a black hopper first. Tied up this little fella happy as a pig in #### its been a killer taking a 2lb Brownie first time i fished it taken fish on point or dropper its my current favorite fly !

Hook: B175 size 12

Thread: Black

Rib: Opal mirage (med)

Body: Black seals fur

Hackle: Black cock

Legs 2x black pheasant tails fibres each "side" knotted once and not double up.

Need to try some other colours .......................Open to suggestions ??

olive, claret and fiery brown also a bit of a wing or more hackle works a treat.

Add a white poly wing and red dandly knotted legs and you have a good Heather fly with that.
