I think you'll find that their sales died a death when the price went from £175 to £250 in one jump earlier this year.

The Snowbee Flymate can be bought for £32.
The Snowbee Waldron is the more expensive one.

Sorry. There should be some around, you've obviously googled it, but have you tried going direct to Snowbee ? If they haven't got any, they should know who is likely to have some stock.

Hi
I have been looking at the same vice. £50+ for the pedestal and £40+ for the clamp Ball joint and the standard is £10 cheaper. I am looking at the ball joint as i am hoping it will give better control on the rotation. It would be interesting to see if anyone replies to your thread
Thanks
Ian

I would recommend you go for the non ball joint model.

I have two Flymate vices and for the money they are unbeatable.

Look here - Snowbee Waldron and Fly-Mate Fly tying Vices

Thanks lads for all the info, have had an offer of a nearly new vice from a forum member just waiting on a price. If that dosent work out the next best price that i can find is Atkins Angling £49 and free postage if i spend another £2.
