Thanks and sorry to DJ_Vass. I noticed he posted a SBS request in the SBS section so I thought I'd have a go but found that the flue on my black ostrich was just too long so came up with this instead. Gold sits better than silver with the bronze peacock IMO. Unfortunately no SBS...yet. Sorry. I'll get round to it when I've more time on my hands.

Hook: Hayabusa 761 #10

Nice pattern with the topping feather over the wing, and a very fine tying......love it over the dark wing and must do some.

Cheers.

Cheers for the Kine comments gents. To be honest it's not something I've fished. I'd intended to do a SBS but gave up after the ostrich wasn't up to the job. All the same, I'll give it a shot next week.

Nice wee variant there Geordie. The more I think about it the more I think that the KG might look OK with a sparse west of Ireland or peach hackle. Don't know, we'll see how the Mk1 does first.

Immaculately tied Midlander; I hate you.

I somehow think that one of those might have proved useful on our little jaunt earlier this week (not forgetting next week also). Tie one for me will you!
