Default Dying Today

With a full weekend off ,, i got round to a bit of dying.

Never used picric before , , so it was glasses and rubber gloves on

Didnt take long for the picric to colour the fritz ,, so once dry got it wrapped up and ready for use

Since then ,, ive had a bitter taste in my mouth ,, thou a few stella will soon dilute taste later


Next up was turning this 16mm blob fritz from this

Very nice alimar. That looks very well died with a nice strong colour. I dyed a hen phesant wing with pink dylon cloth dye, but didnt turn out as well as yours. What dye did you use?

Ive destroyed a kitchen and a cooker ,,, thats how strong they are

Thou for feathers i tend to use Jacquard dyes ,, just my prefs

Alimar,
SOME CRACKING DYING THERE.Really like the pitric colour.
Just be careful with that stuff.Its suppose to be highly poisonous and can explode if it crystalises.
But a good days work there.

And your right about steve partons dyes, they are really good.
