Default Super glue drying cloudy

hi all, i am having a lot of trouble getting super glue to dry clear, i am tying superglue buzzers but when i put my coats of glue on it dries cloudy, am i drying it too fast, or too slow, am i maybe putting too much on? should i leave the glue and stick with sally hansons.
advice much appreciated.

What brand of glue are you using? I've had this problem using the cheaper brands, try using loctite or fulling mill's fishing super glue, you should have better results. Also make sure you leave the layer to fully dry before applying the next coat, by moving the un-dried stuff you could be 'stretching' it and causing the cloudyness.

Your super glue will go cloudy if there is excessive moisture in the air or in the dressing.
Given the nature of Superglue I'm surprised that anyone still uses it as Sally Hansons is in my humble opinion far superior and a lot cheaper. It has the added advantage of not sticking you to the fly or work bench and won't destroy everything it drips on.

Cheers
