Correct me if i'm wrong, but i am sure the thorax, post and hackle should be tied on the level section of the kinked hook behind the eye. Not at the actual kink bend as shown in the photo.

not to sure mate,i think it must be similar to the oppo fly only tyed smaller but i may be wrong.
