Default Last seasons blobs.....Keep floating

Has anyone else noticed that blobs from last season float this season?

What's the best way to stop this?

Put them in some warm water with washing up detergent in it & leave them to soak for an hour or so. Then rinse them under a cold tap & try them again.
The fibres have probably collected some grease on them from somewhere, this should help remove it.

There are various fly-sinkants that you can apply, some of these are photo developing detergents. Xink & Sparton do them.
