After the suggestions the other day on a fly I posted I have made a few modifications

I cut the wing post to short on this , I promise not to do it again But apart from that is it getting there ?????? Will it work ???

nice tying mate the shuck looks good, is that a hayabusa living larva hook?

Terrific tie danny. I wonder if a shuck like that would work on buzzer patterns? I see the infamous microscopic lighter actually works too!!!

Cheers ears Yes I think you can do some thing similar on buzzers . I believe Scratch or NCA do something along these lines , maybe even both of them do , can't remember but seen something on here a while back .....
I think they tie it in over the back and leave a little bit as a "tail" or "shuck" then I think varnish or glue is used to rub on and make it all messy like .

Hopefully one of them might come along to shed some light on it ...........
