I know I'm searching for the damn near impossible, but if anyone knows where I can buy some albino Peacock eyes, or herl I'd be grateful . . . .

Theres bleached Peacock Eyes on ebay, quick search should reveal a few for you.

maybe if you try some East Indian peacock farms, [from India], I'm sure there could be at least one that might raise Albinos...

I used to think like you that white herls would be great, but no longer. I wouldn't bother looking. Any tail feathers I've seen from white p/cocks have been **** and very fragile.

I agree with Stan - they tend to be very fine with little flue.

I have some, and agree it's very fragile & the flue is ever so short & spaced so that when wound it shows minute gaps that allow the quill to be seen. Ostrich is a better bet, but getting good fine stuff is very challenging.
