Default Any one know where to get this dubbing??

Guys I am trying to match a colour of dubbing for a dry fly which a deceased friend gave me.

Instead of the usual dispenser box these dubbings were supplied in a folder type thing with clear pockets. I think it might have been A4 size.

Anyone ever come across the maker or supplier???

Im beginning to think I imagined it

Cheers
Peter

Hi Bigtroot

I have tried Artifly who kindly sent me a few free samples but no joy.

Superfine and Orvis come very close but when wet lose alot of colour and end up looking too dull for that particular colour.

Peter sounds like Fly Rite as mentioned in an earlier reply.
Oliver Edwards uses it amongst other famous tyers, as also mentioned Lakeland sell it but I prefer to buy it from Niche, you could also send Niche a sample and I am sure they will be able to match it for you.
Niche Products

Good Luck.

Martin...
