Default New Vise Needed

I've had the non-rotational version of the vise pictured below for maybe 20 years now. Still works fine, but I struggle with big salty hooks.
Can anyone recommend a decent budget rotational vise for one of Mr Browns mass unemployed please???
I've had one of these off Ebay 330404582772 it looked good in the picture, but it's cr@p and I'm in the process of returning it for a refund.

Cheers Dave

I'm afraid if you don't like the one above they're all pretty much the same at that price. 'The Scottie' from Weaver is of a similar design but much better built;

Weaver "Scottie" Fly Vice - Sportfish

But for that money, I'd be looking at a second hand dyna king.

Does it have to rotate?

It would be nice if it did rotate, as I do a lot of UV gel work etc and at the moment I have to take the fly out of the vise.....Looked on Ebay for second hand, but they seem to be as abundant as rocking horse sh1t.

Might have to keep looking, a good well built vice, that is a true rotary if you're doing gel work etc, that'l' hold saltwater hooks securely, that's also cheap.......... Might be asking too much there.

Cheers anyway Darren, I'll keep plodding on with the old faithfull for now, I've managed ok so far, just a bit of a pain in the ar$e cramming in the big salty hooks.

I saw a Dyna King on Ebay in America but it was about 25 quid P&P.

Hi Dave,

How much do you want to spend US. If I know that I can make a suggestion.
