Default GSP tying thread

Anyone use this?

Where do you buy it?

Where's the cheapest place to buy?

I use Roman Moser powersilk which is a GSP thread, I used the 10/0 size for the majority of tying and 5/0 size for heavier work such as saltwater flies or deerhair patterns. GSP is super strong, it will cut through your skin if you wrap it round your fingers and try to snap it, also cuts through materials such as foam and deer hair like a knife through butter. And lastly it is a little expensive for general use but that doesn't bother me as it suits my needs.

I'm now using the new Semperfli Nano Silk, which I find very very strong and great for tying with.

It is a 12/0 GSP thread in eight colours. Have used Roman Moser in the past and found it good, but IMHO opinion this stuff is better (and cheaper!)

I have been very impressed with it, and the rest of the range. Even tying in a lot of materials around the head, it is still possible to create small heads on the flies

Some done with the thread and Straggle String on our Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/?ref=home#!/...7390010?ref=mf

How many flies would you get out of 50 metres?
