Default dr slick scissors

hi there ive just purchased a pair of tungsten scissors as ive heard the name b4 ve bought veniards in the past great when new but go blunt very quick whats the views on these scissors very expensive £22 a pair so i presume these are the dogs bo@@ocks i hope

They make them with child labour in Pakistan I understand .

May well be the same source that surgeons in NHS want to cease sourcing from - not on quality grounds - just humanity towards kids apparently . BBC reported last week

I use them and find them very good and they stay sharp.

They kids are very talented

Ive got a pair woody,and i was well impressed with them,the funny thing is they lay idle for a week,and when i went to use them again they would not cut butter,my good lady says she never touched them.Must have been the dog

Woody get to tesco,s m8, Lady,s nail sissors value ones aboot 2 quid sharp as **** just re filled all my boxes using them when blunt another pair 2 quid and so on and so on

Veniard Pakistan scissors have been fine by me since starting fly tying a few years ago. Really narrow tip, has stayed perfectly sharp. But of course because something is made in pakistan it has to be poor quality doesnt it . British is best you know ....

but the manufacture of medical goods of this sort is a major industry in Pakistan. Almost impossible (in my area) to find these types of tools that weren't made there (fly shops to the Hospital).
