Default Fly tying project

Hi all,

I'm doing an engineering apprenticeship and we have to do a project and mines on fly tying i wanted to make a pedestal with a tool box, tools and somewhere to hold flies, hooks ect.

Here my finished product I've made it all on manual mill and lath from aluminium and I've made a set of matching tools which are made from silver steel. I've got some foam to hold the tools in and magnetic stips to go into the drawer.

Please could people leave some feedback about it as I can use it for my project. what do you think of the colour? at the moment its just the colour of the alocrome (the treatment) But the only colours they do at work are white black or nato green so i decided to keep it like it is.

Many thanks,
Steve

Looks very good and I wish you the best of luck but would add that wood is very quite cool too and in fly tying the emphasis is always on the jaws with everything else secondary.

Hope that helps not hurts.
