messing about with some deer hair & turkey biots & came up with this.

How does it float? I find paintbrush tails don't provide enough floatation for the hook bend on dries. So even if you get the comparadun wing right at the front with a nice 180 degree fan and good balance, if the hook bend sinks you've lost the effect entirely.

tyed similar flies & never had any problems before,these are good for fast turbulant water like the tummel,believe me these work
