If iam to be honest i think it looks mince and cant see where the diawl bach bit comes into it but never the less i am sure a daft fish some where might take it

ive only been tying for just over a year and im not that good , ill admit that to anyone
im a big boy and i can take criticism no probs so dont worry about being harsh
we all have to start somewhere
the only thing is , it will put guys off putting flies up , who are the same as myself learning ,and who would like help on the correct way of doing things
please be a wee bit lenient to us guys with the L plates ON

A good looking fly that will certainly work.
I agree with earlier comments that it's not a diawl bach - it's more of a snatcher pattern.
But we can get too caught up with all this naming lark.
It's a nice concept for fishing the upper layers and you've had the imagination and confidence to put it together.
Use those same qualities when you fish it and tight lines!
