Default Goat hair

Bought some goat hair off ebay this week. When ever I touch it or even take it out of its bag the hair comes off easily, is it suppose to do this?

Bought this hair

Would help if the question was clearer ,
its coming off ??? do you mean its breaking on the hair or falling from the skin
Is it dyed or natural ??

I have some dyed Black cashmere Goat hair from foxytails. Never had that problem. I am no expert as this is the first and only piece i have had.

Depend on what way it was dyed maybe, I'm not an expert and you would have to ask someone more knowledgeable about dying things but has the dye being acid(NOT SURE ON THIS POINT) broken down the hair folicles and the skin but hasn't affected the hair with it being made of keratin?
