This is a pattern that I was told about recently, and this is my interpretation.

I'm thinking top dropper, nice wave....

Thread - 8/0 Uni Red
Butt - Glo Brite #4
Tail/Wing - Nat. Deer Hair
Body - Sooty Seals Fur
Hackle - Ginger Cock
