Credit where credits due

Just a few words of thanks regarding some excellent service received recently;

Sandra at Anglers Lodge:– Ordered on Sunday (via internet). Goods arrived Tuesday. I ordered a couple of Metz hen capes and Sandra wasn’t happy with the quality, so included some extra Indian hen capes FOC (other than being a bit on the small size the Metz were fine!).

Pearly Dabbler:– Ordered on Tuesday evening (via forum). Goods arrived Thursday. Everything is really superb quality.

I know that quick delivery is taken for granted these days, but retailers still have to put the effort in to ensure that goods are packaged and despatched promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase from or recommend either of the above.

The only downside is that with service as good as this, it’s only a matter of time before my credit card comes out again!!!

Have to agree, Sandra at anglers lodge is brilliant to deal with, very helpful and she goes out her way to help when she can, a few other places could learn a lot from her.

I really only use them because i love her accent!

Yep. I've not used them very often, but when I have, I've had notably very good service. I'll have to go down to have a look at the shop one day - they're not that far from me.
