What should I tye up for this weekend?

Going fishing on a stillwater in North Yorkshire this weekend. What should I be tying up to match what the trout will be feeding on at this time of the year?

The obvious would be buzzers, which I normally fish all year round but I want to try a bit harder in matching whats around at the minute. Are damsel nymphs active at the beginning of march? If so what stage would they be in? Caddis Larve? May fly nymphs?

March Brown is something Ive never used before - whats this trying to match? Is it called a March Brown because its good in March?

The March brown mayfly or if you want you can call it Rithrogena germanica

Im afraid I cant help you regarding flies to tie for your still water rainbows as Im not experienced enough fishing for them.

This time of year there are plenty of fritzairtus and blobus gammarus about.
