Thanks for the comments and help on the other thread.

Got some juicy hen capes on their way to me at the moment as a result, so hope to post some Matuka " specials " before the start of the season.

No. 8 Longshank
Olive Indian Hen For Matuka Wing
Olive Chenille for body
Flat silver tinsel and wire for " Ace of Spades " type rib
Olive bronze mallard for overwing (courtesy of Artifly)
Olive Cree for hackle (courtesy of Artifly)
Red thread and clear varnish for head.

Hoping to produce a claret "special" soon

I got some nice hen capes from Gerry at Artifly this morning after ordering them on Thursday and have been on the Matuka's all night.
