making the cdc dubbing loop:
Bring the barbs together to the axis of the parashute until the lenght on which they are spread is maximum one and a half of the lenght of the hook.
3 turns is enough to form the correct hackle
too much turns will make a bad hackle with cdc barbs positioning up and in V shape. In the end they will be too bulky
cut the foam cilinder down ( if it is too long the fly will overturn after a long period of fishing).
Below one can see how nice the CDC barbs are spread.
