Default Dan-vise thoughts

Have decided to get a new vice and have narrowed it down to either the Dan-vise or the Griffin Spider. Now I really like the dan-vise and like the clamp the doesn't have the screw under it. But has anyone got anything against the vice or otherwise. Also if someone has one could they post a photo of it with something to give me an idea of its size as I can't find dimensions for it anywhere.

Thank in advance
