I just love my nymphs and can't resist tying or bying them. Most of the DB's and Crunchers in the photo's are tied by myself but I still can't quite master tying a good looking buzzer - but I am judging myself against the best this forum has to offer so maybe I shouldn't be so hard on myself.

Those wychwood comp boxes hold almost 1000 flies - still didn't stop me placing an order with Rob for some more buzzers the other day!!

What a fantastic idea for a thread.

I have made this a sticky for maximum exposure.

I've been staring at these flies for the last minute or so. Man, one look at them would probably cause the trout in my little streams to throw themselves, out of pure fear, onto the banks .

I mostly fish for sea trout in small lowland streams in Devon and also a Dorset chalk stream. I have occasionally fished an estuary on the north coast of Sutherland where I have found the tandems deadly... for small brown trout

Just to add a little variety here are a couple of boxes I tied for a trip to Exhuma, Bahamas and one for the rivers in Colorado.
Please understand that the boxes have been on the trips and the flies have been used so the layout is not as pristine as it was when I started.

Most of the the tatty flies have been reduced to that condition by fish rocks or trees. There are also a few "Old ties from many years back"

Good Thread, I'd like it to go "sticky" too!

Here's my small collection... I started out last July with 3 bulk sets from Fishtec 50 flies in each. Big mistake they are ****, one tug from Mr Trout and they fall apart, cast them to forcefully and they'll fall apart, £74.97 I wasted... Lesson learned! Tie your own!
