Default CDC Spent May

This is new dressing that will be getting an outing on Derg some evening in early May....

The dressing is...

Hook - B170 sz 10
Tails - Moose Mane (black)
Tail hackle - Short Ginger Genetic Cock
Body - White CDC Dubbing
Thorax - a mix of grey, dark brown and black CDC Dubbing
Wings - 3 CDC plumes each side, layered nat grey/black/nat grey
Thread/Rib - Dark Brown Thread

Q; The CDC dubbing Is that like all chopped up CDC then split thread etc... or just dubbed onto the thread like seal fur would be ?? or what is the story there please ???

Frankies McPhilips does a boxed set of CDC dubbing, Danny but it's essentially like you said, just bits of CDC.
