Default Are you fed up with swaps?

I have just finished tying up some green peters for Gerry's swop. I enjoyed it and look forwards to seeing how mine compared to other tiers because I want to learn.
So as I am getting restless and am heading down to Melvin tomorrow for 4 days--just to make sure boat etc is ok, does anyone fancy joining a MAYFLY SWOP? I will be happy to do the organising and think I can handle about 10-15 contributors. Those from the Republic no problems because stamped letters can be sent from my home hear Melvin.
Those people interested would you pm me by Monday evening (08/02/2010)and we can assess whether or not we proceed. Do you want to contribute to CFR also? Am sure Marazion Midge would help me there with advice where to send the flies.
Just an idea!!
Michael

Thought so , Yep a wet one would be different , I know someone ( Mr G ) would be right up for it

Not sure I would though to be honest as I really don't like tying them , hate the Partridge with a passion !!!

Aaawwwww go on then the granny counts I spose

Firstly didn't know there was a Mayfly swop running and apologies to all concerned. As far as I am concerned anyone can join this because I can return postage from both sides of the border. Also I thought a variety of different types of Mayfly wet dry spent what ever would add a bit of interest. But if the body politic wants me to but out that's ok and no hard feelings. Let me know what you think. Will be back Monday

Micheal , there is no issue with you starting another swap be it mayflies or any other pattern . I was just saying about the other swap is all

This one is a good idea and I have entered 2 swaps since I first started tying 7 weeks ago . I am just not sure about what I could offer this swap at the mo . I will get my thinking cap on and let you know .

I hope there is the interest as it is a lot of effort for the person running the swap and there should be I would think .....
